pWe are looking for an experienced Senior AR Billing Accountant to join our global AR team. This hands-on role combines billing, collections, accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, understands the full order-to-cash cycle, and can ensure that AR data is accurate and fully reconciled with the general ledger. /p /brh3What You'll Do /h3 /brul /brliOwn the end-to-end billing and AR process across multiple global entities. /li /brliReview contracts and commercial terms and ensure accurate and timely billing. /li /brliManage complex billing models and issue invoices and credit notes. /li /brliManage collection activities, customer follow-ups, and escalations. /li /brliMaintain accurate AR aging reports and collection forecasts. /li /brliReconcile AR aging and customer balances with the general ledger and balance sheet. /li /brliInvestigate discrepancies and reconcile payments, credits, FX differences, and unapplied receipts. /li /brliSupport monthly and quarterly closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and cut-off procedures. /li /brliProvide accurate AR data for cash flow reporting, treasury planning, and management reporting. /li /brliSupport audits and improve billing, collection, reconciliation, and reporting processes. /li /brliWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting. /li /brliEnsure data consistency across NetSuite, Salesforce, and internal billing platforms.



/li /brliManage end-to-end billing through global cloud marketplaces, including transaction reconciliation, fees, payouts, and related reporting. /li /br /ul /brh3Who You Are /h3 /brul /brliAt least 5 years of experience in AR, billing, accounting, or a similar finance role. /li /brliStrong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations. /li /brliHands-on experience working with global cloud marketplaces, such as AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, and Google Cloud Marketplace. /li /brliProven experience reconciling AR aging to the general ledger. /li /brliExperience preparing collection forecasts, cash reports, and management reporting. /li /brliStrong understanding of the order-to-cash cycle. /li /brliAdvanced Excel skills and excellent written and spoken English. /li /brliStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. /li /brliAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. /li /br /ul /brh3Advantages /h3 /brul /brliAccounting degree, bookkeeping certification, or another relevant qualification. /li /brliExperience in a global SaaS or high-tech company. /li /brliExperience with complex or usage-based billing models. /li /brliExperience with NetSuite and Salesforce. /li /brliFamiliarity with revenue recognition and deferred revenue reconciliations. /li /br /ul /brpCandidate Privacy Notice /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
