By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, affirming care at Tia’s San Francisco clinic, 32 hours per week. /p pAs a clinician at Tia, you’ll provide full-spectrum primary care for women, including preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, and routine gynecologic and reproductive healthcare. /p pYou’ll work alongside nurse practitioners, physician assistants, acupuncture providers, and clinical support staff in an interdisciplinary environment designed to support whole-person care. You’ll also have opportunities to share clinical insights that help Tia improve its care model, workflows, and technology. /p h3Why Tia /h3 ul liProtected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration /li liAI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden /li liCollaborative, interdisciplinary care team /li liThoughtfully designed San Francisco clinic /li liOpportunity to help shape a more integrated model of women’s healthcare /li liMalpractice coverage, CME support, and licensing reimbursement /li liAdditional benefits and incentive compensation based on scheduled hours and eligibility /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProvide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, acute concerns, and chronic condition management. /li liAddress routine women’s health needs, including birth control counseling, STI screening, UTIs, vaginal infections, pelvic pain, and abnormal bleeding. /li liProvide compassionate, inclusive care through shared decision-making and a whole-person approach. /li liCollaborate with nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, acupuncture providers,
and clinical support staff. /li liParticipate in case consultation, clinical collaboration, and teaching across the care team. /li liShare frontline clinical insights that help improve Tia’s care model, workflows, and technology. /li liIncorporate current research and evidence-based practices into patient care. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul libCredentials: /b NP or PA; bNational Board Certification /b (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active bCA License /b and DEA. /li libClinical Expertise: /b 2+ years in outpatient bprimary care /b with exposure to bWomen’s Health /b (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), bMental Health /b, and inclusive, patient-centered care. /li libOperational Mindset: /b Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency. /li /ul h3Training Development /h3 pCandidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training: /p ul libSpecialized Women’s Health: /b Menopause management and sexual health. /li libExpanded Primary Care: /b Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope. /li /ul h3Work Location and Schedule /h3 pThis role is based onsite at Tia’s bSan Francisco /b clinic with the following hybrid schedule: /p pMonday: OFF /p pTuesday: Virtual 8:00 - 4:30 /p pWednesday: Onsite 8:00 - 4:30 /p pThursday: Virtual 8:00 - 4:30 /p pFriday: Onsite 8:00 - 4:30 /p h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pTia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, scheduled hours, role leveling,
