You will ensure the right products are available at the right time, while optimizing inventory, service level, and manufacturing constraints. You will work closely with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, and the central Supply Chain team to balance priorities and manage exceptions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipBuild and maintain the bfinished goods plan /b for the site, aligning with demand forecasts, customer orders, and supply constraints. /p /li lipConvert the supply plan into bshort- and mid-term production requirements /b , ensuring feasibility with manufacturing and packaging capacities. /p /li lipMonitor and optimize binventory levels /b (safety stock, slow movers, obsolescence risk) while maintaining target customer service levels. /p /li lipManage border prioritization and allocation /b in case of constraints, in coordination with Customer Service and Sales (and per agreed governance). /p /li lipIdentify risks and constraints (capacity, raw materials, packaging, quality release, logistics) and drive bmitigation actions /b . /p /li lipCoordinate with Logistics/Warehousing to ensure bavailability, shipment readiness, and dispatch plans /b . /p /li lipMaintain planning master data and parameters in ERP/APS tools (e.g., bSAP /b ,



APO/IBP, OMP or equivalent): lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, production calendars. /p /li lipTrack and report key KPIs: bOTIF/service level, inventory turns, forecast bias/accuracy (where applicable), backorders, plan adherence /b . /p /li lipLead/participate in planning routines (daily/weekly scheduling meetings, SOE, input to SOP) and continuous improvement initiatives. /p /li /ul h3Required Qualifications Experience /h3 ul lipBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /p /li lipExperience in bproduction planning / finished goods planning / supply planning /b in a manufacturing environment (chemicals or process industry is a plus). /p /li lipStrong analytical skills and ability to manage trade-offs between bservice, cost, and inventory /b . /p /li lipProficiency with bERP/APS systems /b (SAP strongly preferred) and advanced Excel skills. /p /li lipAbility to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. /p /li lipFluent in bEnglish /b ; Italian is a plus. /p /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul lipExperience with bSOP / SOE /b processes and exception-based planning. /p /li lipKnowledge of planning concepts: MPS/MRP, safety stock logic, lead times, lot sizing, allocation rules. /p /li lipFamiliarity with KPI-driven continuous improvement (Lean supply chain). /p /li lipExperience in regulated or quality-sensitive environments (e.g.,
