PWe are seeking an experienced and passionate bStore Manager to lead our flagship South Yarra store /b, driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. /ppThis is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a flagship store that showcases the very best of the Samsonite brand while leading a high-performing team and driving commercial success. /ph3About the Role /h3pAs the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets. /ppReporting to the Area Manager, you will: /pulliLead and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals. /liliDrive commercial performance through effective leadership, coaching and sales strategies. /liliManage all aspects of store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, store presentation, rostering and payroll. /liliDeliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. /liliRecruit, onboard, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement. /liliManage labour costs, store budgets and key performance indicators.



/liliEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and legislative obligations. /liliProtect company assets through effective stock management, loss prevention and cash control processes. /liliPartner with support office teams to execute marketing campaigns, merchandising initiatives and business improvement projects. /liliBuild strong relationships with landlords, vendors and key stakeholders. /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3pTo be successful in this role, you will have: /pulliPrevious experience as a Store Manager within a high-volume retail environment. /liliDemonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop successful retail teams. /liliStrong commercial acumen and experience managing sales targets, labour budgets and operational KPIs. /liliA customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities. /liliExperience in inventory management, visual merchandising and operational compliance. /liliA hands-on leadership style with the ability to create a positive and accountable team culture. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
