Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible. /ph3Envision Your Future Job /h3pWe are looking for a Process Quality Engineer - Smart Eyewear who will help ensure the quality readiness, reliability and manufacturing excellence of next-generation products, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production. Working at the intersection of Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing, this role contributes to solving complex challenges, improving processes and bringing innovative wearable technology to market. /ph3Areas Of Resonsibilities /h3ulliSupport the quality readiness of new products throughout the NPI and industrialization phases. /liliPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality teams to ensure quality is built into products and processes from the early stages.
/liliMonitor production performance, process and quality KPIs, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities. /liliInvestigate quality issues and production abnormalities, driving root cause analysis and effective corrective actions. /liliContribute to risk assessment, PFMEA, process validation, Control Plan definition and quality gate reviews. /liliSupport the qualification and industrialization of new technologies, electronic components, modules and manufacturing processes. /liliAnalyze quality and production data, translating insights into clear recommendations and improvement actions. /liliSupport functional, validation and reliability testing activities for electronic products and smart modules. /liliPromote a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. /liliHelp ensure a smooth transition from product development to large-scale production. /li /ulh3Main Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or Diploma in a technical field, preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. /liliExperience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, NPI in Electronic environment is considered a plus /liliPrevious exposure to consumer electronics, smart products or high-tech manufacturing environments is a strong plus. /liliKnowledge of quality methodologies and problem-solving tools, including PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D and Root Cause Analysis. /liliUnderstanding of manufacturing, industrialization and continuous improvement processes,
