You will be responsible for leading and governing the end-to-end Procure-to-Order (P2O) process, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective purchasing operations across several MSC categories of spend, which initially are technical, hotel and Owner Supply Spend. /p pThe role acts as the bridge between Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Business Stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of purchase transactions from requisition through order. /p pAs the Head of Procurement Operation you will drive operational excellence, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, delegated authorities, internal controls, and financial governance requirements. This role is also accountable for maximizing the value of procurement technologies, including ERP and procurement platforms, and delivering exceptional user and supplier experience. /p h3Your Impact /h3 h3Procure-to-Pay Operations /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end P2O process, including: /li liPurchase Requisitions (PR) /li liPurchase Orders (PO) /li liGoods Receipts (GR) /li liEnsure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions. /li liMonitor operational performance and service levels across all entities and business functions. /li liResolve escalated transactional issues and process bottlenecks. /li /ul h3Process Governance Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to procurement policies, approval authorities,



and segregation of duties principles. /li liMonitor compliance with procurement procedures and identify process deviations. /li liSupport audit activities and implement corrective actions where required. /li liEnsure supplier and purchase transactions comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Systems Digitalization /h3 ul liAct as business owner for P2O systems and tools. /li liDrive adoption and optimization of procurement technologies such as: /li liSAP S/4HANA /li liSAP Ariba /li liInfoship /li liSupplier Portals /li liInvoice Automation Solutions /li liCollaborate with IT and Finance teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. /li liIdentify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality. /li /ul h3Supplier Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liPartner with suppliers to improve transactional performance and service delivery. /li liCollaborate with: /li liProcurement Category Managers /li liBudget Owners /li liFinance /li liAccounts Payable /li liSupply Chain Teams /li liServe as the escalation point for supplier onboarding purchase order. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liLead Lean and process improvement initiatives across the P2O cycle. /li liDevelop and implement best practices to simplify and standardize procurement operations.
