and chart notes accurately during patient exams and treatments.Oversee zoom bleaching and place buttons for Invisalign.Anticipate the doctor’s needs and maintain treatment flowUse creativity to comfort anxious or pediatric patientsMaintain treatment rooms and follow sterilization protocolsPromote dental education and home care to patients and familiesStay current on safety, compliance, and licensure requirementsOversee daily schedules, ensuring a smooth patient flow and minimizing wait times.Effectively manage supply inventory and making timely orders.Assist with front-office tasks, including gathering consent forms and understanding insurance eligibilityActive RDA License in the state of California3+ years of dental assisting experience preferredStrong clinical, communication, and team skillsComfortable with both patient care and front office supportA positive attitude and the ability to work independently or with a teamX-Ray Certificate and at least one year of experience.Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage your own emotions and understand those of others, fostering positive relationships, reducing team stress, and contributing to job satisfactionWhat We Offer:4 to 5 days a week, 7:45 am until 5:00 pm (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays required)$25-$30 per hour plus bonus opportunity.401(k) and up to a 4% match.Medical, Dental, Vision and Paid Time Off, 7 paid holidays of you work more than 25 hours a week.Employee Assistance Program - that connects team members and their families with complimentary, confidential, short-term counseling and advisory services.Voluntary benefits like pet insurance, Life Lock and entertainment discounts.We have ALL necessary PPE and are following CDC recommended guidelines.
