Responsabilità
- Define the architecture and block diagrams of electronic boards, mapping isolation barriers, power management, functional blocks, and interfaces
- Collaborate in an Agile team to align on user stories and backlog items
- Drive IP creation and patent considerations in discussions with the team
- Translate system requirements into hardware-level specifications and design activities
- Monitor emerging technologies to identify drivers for R&D; projects aligned with business goals
- Lead technology demonstrator development and prepare comprehensive project documentation from feasibility to detail design
- Perform preliminary design pre-validation tests and assess theoretical quality and reliability
- Support the Test Lab across testing phases and synthesize test reports to validate final products
Requisiti fondamentali
- Background in electronics with at least 3 years in analog signal conditioning, power conversion, and digital circuits including industrial communication protocols
- Experience in HW design for industrial applications with EMC testing and troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to read technical specs and electronic schematics
- Ability to define high-level architecture and functional block diagrams during concept phases
- Ability to translate high-level product requirements into technical requirements and development tasks
- Understanding of Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) and maturation activities
- Familiarity with Gate Model development processes (Technology/ Product Development)
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent, PSPICE, and basic oscilloscope and test equipment knowledge
- Ability to assess feasibility, risks, and product limitations and communicate recommendations to product management
- Proactive, innovative mindset with negotiation and networking skills; comfortable in agile, dynamic, cross-functional environments
