YOUR ROLE
You will join ourDigital Power Conversionprogram as anApplication Engineer Intern, contributing toconverter and motor‑control solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Supportdesign, modeling and simulationof digital control forpower converters and motor drives(e.g. OBCs, traction and industrial inverters, AC/DC and DC/DC converters).
- Work oncontrol algorithms(e.g. FOC for motor control, digital control for converters), includingHIL implementation and HIL testing.
- Contribute totesting and validationof converter and inverter models inlab and HIL environments.
- Help in thedesign and bring‑up of boards and demonstrators, collaborating with hardware and firmware teams.
Your work will be applicable toe‑mobility, industrial automation, consumer,
solar/energy and server powerapplications.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- OngoingMaster’sinElectronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
- Mandatory: Basic knowledgeofpower electronics,motor control(e.g. FOC, inverters) andconverter control.
- Familiarity withembedded systems, programming (C/C++ or similar),schematicsandsoldering equipment/machines.
- Interest or initial experience insimulation/HIL tools(e.g. MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, SPICE).
- Motivation to work inlab and HIL environments, with a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
- Englishsufficient for technical documentation and interaction in an international team.
