h3Electrical Supervisor (Data Centre – Milan) /h3h3Electrical Supervisor (Data Centre – Milan) /h3pGraphene Recruitment Group /ppElectrical Supervisor – Data Centre Project, Milan Italybr/Location: Milan, Italybr/Rota: 2 weeks on site / long weekend home rotation (fly out Tuesday morning, fly home Friday morning, every 2 weeks)br/Rate: £400 per daybr/Package: Flights, accommodation and expenses covered /ph3The Role /h3pWe're recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a data centre project in Milan. 6–8 weeks duration, on a rotational shift pattern, working two weeks on site before heading home for a long weekend. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical installation works on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification /liliManage and direct electrical subcontractors and labour, allocating tasks and monitoring output/productivity /liliCarry out regular site walks and inspections to identify snags, quality issues, and installation defects before they escalated /liliLiaise with the Project Manager and other trade supervisors (mechanical, BMS, fire, etc.) to ensure coordinated, clash-free installation /liliReview and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and method statements to ensure correct installation /liliEnsure all works comply with relevant electrical standards, health safety regulations, and client procedures /liliComplete and maintain all relevant HS and site paperwork — including RAMS, permits to work, isolation/permit-to-work procedures, toolbox talks, and daily site diaries /liliMonitor and enforce PPE compliance and safe working practices,
including safe isolation procedures /liliManage plant, tools, and materials on site, ensuring availability and minimising delays /liliSupport testing, inspection and commissioning of electrical systems, and manage associated documentation /liliSupport snagging and de-snagging processes, tracking outstanding items through to close-out /liliAttend site progress meetings and report on electrical progress, risks and issues /liliEnsure quality control checks are carried out and documented in line with client requirements /liliSupport and mentor electrical operatives on site, promoting a strong safety and quality culture /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliProven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally on data centre. /liliStrong track record of seeing projects through, genuine commitment and reliability. /liliConfident and thorough with site walks, inspections and quality checks /liliSolid working knowledge of HS requirements, safe isolation procedures, and site documentation/paperwork /liliComfortable managing subcontractors and coordinating with other trades /liliAble to read and work from electrical drawings and specifications /liliRelevant certifications (e.g. CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS, 18th Edition, First Aid) and right to work /liliWilling to work the 2-weeks-on rotational pattern and travel to Milan /li /ulh3Package /h3ulli£400 per day /liliFlights, accommodation and expenses covered /li /ulpEU right to work required /pp(Key Words: Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Construction Manager, Electrical Site Manager, ME Site Manager, ME Supervisor) /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
