Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in designing, modernizing, and migrating enterprise applications across on-premise and cloud environments. You bring hands-on expertise in migration strategies, DevOps, infrastructure architecture, Ansible automation, and cloud-native deployment patterns. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, engineering, security, and cloud teams to deliver scalable, secure, and automated solutions aligned with enterprise standards. This role offers impact in shaping hybrid/multi-cloud architectures and migration roadmaps.

Responsabilità

- Define end-to-end architecture solutions for application migration
- Assess applications and recommend rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, or retire strategies
- Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
- Ensure architecture compliance with enterprise standards, security policies, and governance frameworks
- Develop migration roadmaps, dependency analysis, and transition plans
- Design target-state architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Perform application portfolio assessments and rationalization
- Support migration factories during implementation




- Design and implement enterprise CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployment using Ansible
- Establish DevSecOps controls and automated quality gates
- Collaborate on capacity planning and performance optimization
- Develop automation solutions using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code tools
- Standardize server builds, deployments, and configuration management
- Reduce manual operations through automation
- Work with stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead technical workshops and migration planning sessions
- Mentor architects and engineering teams on best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- 15+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture and migration projects
- Hands-on expertise in application migration strategies and cloud-native deployments
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation
- Proficient with Ansible and IaC tools
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
- Stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
