h3Job title: Restaurant Supervisor /h3 h3Reports directly to: Food Beverage Manager /h3 h3Direct Reports: /h3 h3Overall Job Purpose /h3 pThe Restaurant Supervisor daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. /p pThe position ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand’s target customer needs and satisfaction, ensures employee satisfaction. /p pAreas of responsibility include Restaurants,Room Service and banqueting /p pDetermines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. /p h3Competencies /h3 h3Great Organizational skills /h3 ul liPassion, Love for Cooking /li liAttention to detail /li liCustomer service-oriented /li liProblem solver /li liPositive approach /li /ul h3Qualifications, Skills Experience /h3 ul liFluent in both English and Italian /li liStrong understanding of culinary, food and beverage /li liInternationally experienced /li liAffinity with a more refined lifestyle /li /ul h3Candidate profile /h3 pMinimum 2-years experience in similar role in comparable property with sizeable rooms and meeting spaces. /p h3Preferred: /h3 ul liHas demonstrated the ability to always work on behalf of Guests /li liHas demonstrated the ability to work with other Team Members /li liSuccessful track record of working in a collaborative/matrixed environment /li /ul h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 ul liProcesses food and beverage invoices. /li liChecks daily purchase to various kitchen, bar and store. /li liChecks invoices for acknowledgement of receipt of goods. /li liChecks arithmetic accuracy. /li liChecks unit cost to ensure that they are charged as per contract price. /li liProcesses store requisition. /li liChecks all store requisitions have been properly approved by authorised person. /li liChecks on outlets requisition and keeping stock above par.



/li liCalculates potential food and beverage cost of various outlets and overall cost of sales so that /li /ul pimmediate action on cost control can be taken. /p ul liControls menu costing and pricing /li liKeys in computer on daily receiving function. /li liHelps to check and match invoices or delivery order with purchase order or purchase requisition. /li liSpot checks on receiving of goods to ensure that they are in accordance with the specification set by /li /ul pManagement /p ul liControls inventory of Store items. /li liRandom checks of store level as to control losses, spoilage, damage and obsolescence. Carries out /li /ul pmonthly stock take of store /p ul liReports discrepancies to Director of Finance. /li liControls inventory in food and beverage outlets. /li liRandom checks of par stock level. /li liSpot checks on portion and wastages. /li liPrepares and report the interim weekly and the monthly FB Costs /li liControls and re-costs House Charge /li liPosts on a monthly into the General Journal all FB Adjustments /li liProcess and post all Goods Received without invoice accrual /li liSchedule periodic spot checks of bars and kitchen areas to check on the proper usage and storing of /li /ul praw materials /p ul liDemonstrate Awareness of HACCP policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted /li /ul psafely and within HACCP guidelines and ensure direct reports do the same. /p ul liPrepares Monthly and Annual VAT declarations /li liPrepares VAT monthly payments /li liProcesses self billing invoices /li liPrepares the self-consumption VAT computationMaintain updated and files all VAT registers (Sales, Purchase, Self Billing and Intrastat) on a monthly /li /ul pbasis /p ul liImplement and maintain all fiscal reports required by existing fiscal laws and new laws (any type) /li liMaintain controls on City Tax and prepare the quarterly payments to the municipal bank /li liResolve small issue on tax claims with tax office /li liAssist appointed consultant in resolving tax claims /li liLiaise with SIAE for monthly and extraordinary payments /li /ul pContratto di lavoro: Tempo completo /p pRetribuzione: €20.947,76 - €59.715,13 all'anno /p pSede di lavoro: In presenza /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
