Metlen Energy & Metals seeks a qualified Italian lawyer to join our Milan team as Legal Counsel.

You will counsel on renewable energy projects, manage cross-border M&A; matters, and oversee EPC/OM contracts and supply agreements across Italy and Eastern Europe.
