Overview
In this Spare Parts Specialist role, you will steer spare parts operations to support the dealer and service network. You will leverage data and processes to ensure stock availability, timely order fulfilment, and accurate reporting, driving service levels. You will collaborate with Aftersales, Service, and China Logistics to sustain performance at scale. This role offers meaningful impact within BYD’s zero-emission mission and diverse team. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve inventory and parts data to support rapid service delivery.

Responsabilità
- Oversee spare parts orders from receipt to fulfilment
- Monitor availability and address supply issues or shortages
- Provide daily operational support to service network and dealerships
- Collaborate with Aftersales, Service, and China Logistics to maintain service levels
- Prepare and update reports on sales, stock levels, backorders, and KPIs




- Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain spare parts databases and related systems
- Support inventory planning and stock optimisation

Requisiti fondamentali
- ≥3 years in automotive industry, preferably spare parts/aftersales
- Understanding of spare parts management and service network operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, reporting)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
