Position:

We are looking for a Senior Lab Compounder to join our Laboratory team in Opera, Milan.

Reporting to the Lab Manager, you will be responsible for accurately preparing fragrance samples by weighing and mixing liquid and solid ingredients according to formulas, sampling orders, and established procedures. You will play an important role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely preparation of samples for our clients, while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness,



and organization within the laboratory.

The ideal candidate is precise, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic laboratory environment where priorities may change throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fragrance Compounding: Accurately weigh and mix liquid and solid ingredients according to formulas and assigned sampling orders, ensuring that the materials used correspond to the correct codes and ingredient descriptions.
- Sample Preparation: Ensure the timely preparation of fragrance samples and sample sets assigned by the Sampling Manager, following departmental priorities and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Monitor the product throughout each stage of preparation and ensure the quality and accuracy of sample sets before they are released for shipment to clients.
- Packaging & Labelling: Package prepared fragrances and accurately label containers accord
