As An HR Manager You Will
-
- Execute a high-volume pre-opening recruitment strategy for all operational teams
- Manage all labor relations, ensuring strict adherence to Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements (CCNL Turismo), work permits and employment contracts.
- Manage payroll inputs, employee records, attendance systems and HR administration in compliance with Italian local laws.
- Organize staff accommodation, onboarding, welfare and daily employee well-being initiatives
