Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for diverse clients, focusing on cloud HCM systems. You will work within the Digital team to shape HR transformation programs and guide delivery through design, implementation, and optimization. You’ll act as the client focal point, map end-to-end HR processes, and contribute to delivery models and technology choices. This is a chance to grow digital expertise, lead teams, and impact HR transformation across industries.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects
- Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems
- Analyze current HR processes and identify more efficient ways of working
- Contribute to design of delivery models for HR services




- Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation programs and technology selection
- Map clients’ end-to-end HR processes and propose improvements with HR Advisory
- Implement HRIS systems and support clients through project phases
- Learn Mercer standard tools and methodologies
- Support development of new business opportunities and growth of intellectual capital
- Coordinate project teams for engagements
- Develop management and leadership skills

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven professional experience in Digital Transformation
- Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies
- Proven experience in HR/HCM consulting firms
- Solid background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes
- Strong passion for innovation, process re-engineering, analytics, and technology trends
- Experience managing both direct and indirect teams
- Excellent relationship-management skills with divers
