Overview
In this role you install, configure, maintain and repair medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance. You work within a defined operations framework and may focus on one modality, collaborating with healthcare staff and customers. You train users, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and capture service data to support KPIs. You also handle escalation, remote diagnostics, and contribute to revenue growth through service insights.
Responsabilità
- Install and configure medical equipment focusing on one modality
- Conduct testing and calibration for optimal performance
- Train healthcare staff on operation and basic troubleshooting
- Perform preventive maintenance and remedial operations of moderate complexity
- Document work thoroughly, including debriefs, parts ordering, and KPI metrics
- Ensure EHS and regulatory compliance
- Leverage customer knowledge to support contract and on-demand revenue growth
- Escalate complex issues to experienced peers
- Lead communications with customers and act as escalation point for installations
- Remote diagnostics and equipment troubleshooting
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in one modality; developing knowledge in another
- EHS champion with strong compliance mindset
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication
- English: reading, understanding and conversational ability
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
- Comfort with digital tools to analyze performance data and present findings
- Ability to assist with network setup and IT coordination for connected devices
- Fluent in Italian and English
