Role OverviewJoin the Enterprise Identity team in Milan and Rome, working in a hybrid mode. The team will allow you to share your experience and knowledge with younger colleagues, starting to develop leadership skills and identifying the best solution for the client.
What You Will DoSupport feasibility studies and software selection, define IAM/IGA/PAM architectures and strategies, model IAM HR-driven processes and access control, configure and integrate leading IAM solutions, and write technical documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field




- At least 4 years of experience in IAM/IGA/AM/PAM projects
- Knowledge of IAM solutions (SailPoint, PinIdentity, One Identity, Saviynt, Okta, etc.)
- Competences in role modeling, provisioning, workflow, and access governance
- Experience in integrating with HR systems, directories, and core applications (SAP, ServiceNow)
- Team management experience
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken

Benefits
- Salary between EUR 39,000 and EUR 49,000
