Overview In this role you will identify and secure new business for Mercer’s Career offering within the Milan market. You’ll work closely with Marsh Group colleagues to develop and deliver solutions in workforce, rewards, digital transformation and change management for HR leaders. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to proposal and RFP responses, while building a strong client portfolio. The role combines business development with account management to drive Mercer’s growth and integrated value propositions. You’ll operate in a cross-functional setting, representing Mercer and Marsh at events and shaping the commercial agenda.

Responsabilità
- Develop new business opportunities for Mercer in collaboration with Marsh Group’s other businesses
- Identify and engage prospects via cold calls, emails, networking, referrals, and marketing leads

- Manage the full sales cycle and prepare commercial proposals for standard and complex solutions
- Develop RFPs and responses addressing HR needs across client accounts
- Contribute to sales targets through ongoing account management and stakeholder collaboration
- Negotiate terms with prospects following Chief Commercial Officer guidelines and support commercial effectiveness
- Stay informed on HR and organizational trends and represent Mercer and Marsh at events to expand the network

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s Degree in Economics/Management or similar
- proven professional experience in client-facing roles
