Eurofins NSC Italia ricerca un/a Junior Legal Specialist da inserire nel proprio team Legal presso la sede di Vimodrone (MI), facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (M2 - Linea Verde). Il/la candidato/a si occuperà della gestione delle attività legali all’interno dell’azienda, con particolare attenzione alle normative rilevanti per il gruppo.
Predisposizione della documentazione societaria (stesura di procure, verbali di CdA e Assemblea, gestione delle convocazioni etc) e gestione dei libri sociali per le società italiane del gruppo; gestione dei rapporti con gli studi esterni per la presentazione delle relative pratiche di deposito connesse;
Per conto delle società italiane del Gruppo, apertura e successiva gestione dei sinistri/claims assicurativi, in coordinamento con il broker di Gruppo;
Supporto alle società italiane del Gruppo nella contrattualistica di base;
