Looking for a rewarding job where you can make a difference and have fun doing it? NHC Milan is hiring a Rehab Secretary to help keep our therapy department running smoothly and support our amazing therapists and patients.
What You’ll Do:
- Help prepare patients for therapy sessions
- Keep our space clean, safe, and stocked
- Support therapists and assistants with daily tasks
- Handle basic office duties and patient transport
- Communicate clearly with staff, patients, and families
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
- A positive attitude and willingness to help
- Premio:
Familiarity with billing/insurance is a plus
