Within this exceptional Milanese location, the role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation, with a specific focus on our Ready-to-Wear collection. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards. /liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, anticipating their needs and fostering long-term loyalty. /liliProvide expert knowledge on Ready-to-Wear collection, offering tailored styling advice and product guidance. /liliContribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement. /liliSupport visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards. /liliAssist in stock management operations,



ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities. /liliManage sales transactions accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless client experience at the point of sale. /liliCollaborate closely with the boutique team to support daily operations and commercial objectives. /liliParticipate in store events and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and brand visibility. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliPrevious experience in luxury retail or fashion retail, in client-facing roles. /liliStrong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service. /liliFluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are considered a strong plus. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse international clientele. /liliGoal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and ability to achieve sales targets. /liliStrong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations. /liliAttention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles. /liliTeam-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills. /liliFlexibility and availability to work schedules compatible with retail operations, including weekends and holidays. /li /ulh3Offer /h3pbWorking hours: /b Full-time /ppbWork mode: /b On-site /ppbApplicable Collective Agreement (CCNL): /b CCNL Commercio /ppbIndicative salary range: /b Gross Annual Salary between b€30,000 and €36,000 /b, based on experience and seniority, plus sales commissions. /ph3Equal opportunities and non-discrimination /h3pThe selection process is open to candidates of any gender, age, origin, orientation or background, in full compliance with the principles of equal opportunities, non-discrimination and pay transparency. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
