In this role you will lead factory-level manufacturing excellence and drive transformative improvements. You will align the improvement roadmap with the global strategy and collaborate across the value chain to boost performance. You will use analytics and Lean/production system methods to close performance gaps and embed continuous improvement. Responsabilità
- Define and execute the Factory Manufacturing Excellence roadmap aligned with Global Manufacturing Excellence strategy and factory objectives
- Own and manage the factory improvement portfolio across SQDCP, including prioritization, governance, benefits realization, and performance tracking
- Guide continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing concepts and Vestas Production System approaches to boost performance
- Leverage data analytics and digital tools to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact
- Establish, deploy,
and maintain Lean standards across the operation for consistency and sustainability
- Serve as a change leader, guiding transformation efforts and promoting best practices across factories
- Define and implement the factory training and capability-building roadmap, aligning with global training strategies while developing Lean and digital competencies
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Manufacturing Excellence team and frontline leaders to embed continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, operational excellence, or continuous improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt with demonstrated measurable improvement results may be considered
- Lean/Continuous Improvement Coach certification (internal or external)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
