h3Location overview /h3pjoin our team in aman rosa alpina, a historic luxury resort in the dolomites.position purpose: as a spa receptionist supervisor you are a primary point of contact for spa guests, creating calm, warmth and personalized service. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliwelcome each guest with genuine warmth, presence and understated elegance. /liliunderstand guest preferences, anticipate requests and respond proactively. /lilidevelop relationships with returning guests and maintain awareness of their preferences. /lilimaintain discretion and confidentiality, especially with vips. /lilimanage the spa reception, coordinate reservations, changes, cancellations and waiting lists. /liliensure seamless communication between reception, therapists and the spa team. /lilikeep accurate knowledge of daily appointments, guest preferences, special occasions and operational priorities. /lilimaintain immaculate reception area in line with aman standards. /lilicollaborate with other hotel departments for a seamless guest experience. /lilicontribute to spa revenue through appropriate upselling and cross‑selling. /lilisupport the spa manager in supervising and coordinating the spa reception team. /lililead by example, coordinate daily assignments, priorities and shift responsibilities.



/liliconduct or support daily briefings and communicate relevant information to the team. /lilicoach and guide reception colleagues in service standards, spa procedures and treatment knowledge. /lilimonitor service standards and provide constructive feedback. /li /ulh3Experience skills /h3ulliprevious experience in a luxury hotel, spa or wellness environment. /lili2‑3 years of experience in spa reception or a similar guest‑facing role; senior or supervisory experience preferred. /liliexcellent command of english and italian; additional languages a plus. /lilistrong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness experiences and luxury guest expectations. /liliexperience with spa booking systems and hotel systems. /lilistrong organizational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills. /liligenuine interest in wellness hospitality and luxury guest experience. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ullicompetitive salary €33,000‑€35,000. /lilisingle accommodation in shared staff house and meals provided. /lilicomplimentary nights and discounted food, beverage and spa rates. /lilisupplementary healthcare fund. /liliprofessional development and career growth opportunities. /liliaccess to cornell university partnership for courses. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
