h3Job Description Summary /h3pWe are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. The person in this role will support the management of service orders administration, customer billing activities, and operational processes that ensure an excellent customer experience. They will collaborate with multiple functions including Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service, Finance and Customer Support, helping to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, invoices are issued on time, and operational issues are solved efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to business performance through operational excellence. /ph3Job Description Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage service orders through system processing and execution. /liliEnsure timely and accurate customer billing for both contract and non-contract services. /liliInvestigate and resolve billing issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers. /liliSupport the resolution of invoicing disputes in collaboration with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance and Operations teams. /liliMaintain the accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data within company systems. /liliWork across CRM, ERP and service management platforms to execute operational activities and maintain data quality. /liliCollaborate with Service Sales, Field Service, Service Delivery, Finance and Support teams to resolve process and system-related issues. /liliSupport forecasting and reporting activities as required. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. /liliAct as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams for administrative topics, ensuring effective communication and positive customer experience.



/li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliPrevious experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, Service Administration, Billing, Customer Service or a similar operational role. /liliKnowledge level is comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or specialized high technical school (ITS) or a high school diploma in Administration. /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams. /liliFluency in both English and Italian. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills /h3ulliStrong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. /liliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. /liliEffective communication and stakeholder management abilities. /liliCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service. /liliAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. /liliExperience working with ServiceMax, Oracle, billing or service management systems is considered an advantage. /li /ulpFor Italy based positions, Annual Salary Range: 35,600.00 EUR - 48,950.00 EUR C.C.N.L per i dipendenti dalle Industrie Metalmeccaniche private e della Installazione di impianti sottoscritto da Federmeccanica, Assistal, Fim-CISL, Fiom-CGIL e Uilm-UIL.
