pWe are working with a market leading insurance Underwriter seeking an Tax Associate in Milan. It is entering an exciting period of exponential growth. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the insurance industry. /p h3What is the role? /h3 pThis is an opportunity with a market leading underwriter for an experienced Tax Lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liReviewing and negotiating tax insurance policy wordings on Italian and European transactions. /li liResponding to insured counsel comments and proposed amendments to policy language /li liDrafting bespoke endorsements, exclusions, limitations,



and tax-specific coverage provisions /li liAdvising underwriters internally on wording risk and legal interpretation issue /li liStress-testing wording against potential claims scenarios and litigation outcomes /li liHelping maintain and update precedent wordings, clause libraries, and internal knowledge resources /li liWorking closely with tax underwriters and claims teams on complex technical points /li liAssessing whether requested wording changes materially alter the insurer’s risk position /li liAnalysing transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, tax deeds, structuring memos) /li /ul h3What do you need to apply? /h3 ul li3+ years of tax experience from a law firm or equivalent in-house role. /li liStrong tax technical knowledge /li liAdvanced drafting and redlining skills /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment without compromising on quality. /li /ul pIf you have any further questions please contact /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
