/ppThe bProject Manager /bworks inclose collaboration with the bHeadof Production and the Executive Producer /b, supporting theoverall planning, production and management of the projects assigned to theSpecial Projects Unit. This role is central to the management of all operational, logistical, andfinancial aspects of each project, ensuring that schedules, budgets, andquality standards are met. /ppActing as theoperational bridge between the creative vision and production execution, theProject Manager ensures smooth communication across departments, alignment withproject objectives, and timely delivery of milestones. /ppThe idealcandidate combines strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactiveand solution-oriented attitude, capable of working in dynamic,multidisciplinary, and international environments. /ph3bMain Responsibilities /b /h3ullibManages thestart-up phase /bof projects, defining planning, scheduling, taskdistribution and resource allocation. /lilibScouts, hires, andappoints /bkey project roles /lilibDefines and monitors budgets /band project coststhroughout development and delivery, ensuring compliance with financialtargets. /lilibManages projectdocumentation /b,including timelines, contracts, production plans,
