We value people for who they are and their unique strengths: that's why we offer flexible ways of working to support them in doing their best work. /p pbCandidates who belong to 'Categoria protetta' (Legge 68/99) are more than welcome! /b /p pbAbout the role /b /p pWe are seeking a detail-oriented bJunior Middle Office Analyst /b to support our new trading team. /p pbMain responsibilities: /b /p ul liTrading/Execution ul liAssist with order routing, monitoring, and execution across Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) and Execution-Only (XO) business lines. /li liProvide trading desk coverage and order execution support during team holidays and peak trading windows. /li liAssist in monitoring execution quality, preparing Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) reports, and assembling board packs for the Best Execution Committee. /li liSupport ad-hoc reporting requests for internal and external stakeholders. /li liSupport the setup and instrument onboarding processes for new financial products. /li liUtilise internal Python and SQL tools to monitor trading activity and resolve complex client execution inquiries. /li liMaintain daily operational communication with market counterparties, brokers, and custodians. /li /ul /li liMiddle Office, Treasury Settlements ul liFacilitate daily trade matching, affirmation, and settlement instruction dispatch to custodians. /li liExecute daily treasury operations, including bank payment processing, liquidity transfers, and ledger maintenance. /li liProactively investigate and resolve daily cash, stock,
and position reconciliation breaks with back-office teams. /li liMonitor trade settlement status and liaise directly with counterparties to resolve failed trades or operational exceptions. /li liTrack and manage corporate action notifications to ensure accurate position adjustments in client accounts. /li liAssist back-office teams with trade-related calculations and adjustments. /li /ul /li liEducation Technical Skills ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, or financial discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance). /li liGood understanding of functioning of financial markets /li liGood knowledge of ETFs /li liAdvanced MS Excel skills (data manipulation, financial modeling formulas). /li liWorking knowledge or academic experience in Python and SQL for data analysis and scripting. /li liExposure to financial market data terminals (Bloomberg Terminal or Refinitiv/Eikon) is advantageous. /li /ul /li liCompetencies Mindset ul liExceptional attention to detail and strong operational risk awareness when handling financial transfers. /li liStrong numerical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills. /li liClear communication skills for effective stakeholder management across front, middle, and back-office teams. /li liProactive interest in automating operational workflows using technical scripting. /li /ul /li liFluent in English /li liBased in Milan or London /li /ul pbLevel Compensation: /b /p pWe will apply CCNL Credito with a estimated base salary (RAL) for this role ranges from b€32.000 /bto b€ 34.000 /b gross per year plus bonus, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills. /p ul liCompetitive salary package with discretionary bonus. /li liPrivate healthcare insurance. /li liMeal vouchers (Buoni pasto) of €7. /li liZero-fee investments on the Moneyfarm platform for all employees. /li liA vibrant, supportive and international workplace culture. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
