Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all. /p /brh3Discover the Role /h3 /brpThe primary responsibility of the Associate Accountant is to work with the Supervisor of the team to meet the accounting, tax, and other reporting commitments of the relevant clients.br/The role is responsible for achieving individual goals and contributing to broader departmental objectives. Furthermore, the Associate Accountant ensures the timely and accurate preparation of accounts, calculations, and daily delivery of high-quality services to a portfolio of assigned clients.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliAccounting entries /li /brliEnsure compliance with VAT principles /li /brliCalculation of monthly withholding tax /li /brliPreparation of tax returns /li /brliCreate queries and reports on payroll data /li /brliPrepare financial reports or support the Supervisors in preparing complex financial reports /li /brliEscalate relevant queries to more senior team members /li /brliSupport and manage client and internal requests in a timely manner /li /br /ul /brh3Key Requirements /h3 /brul /brliGood knowledge of English (B2) /li /brliProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) /li /brliKnowledge of the Profis system is considered a plus /li /brliHigh school diploma and/or degree in Economics /li /brliUp to 5 years’ experience in similar organizations /li /brliWork in compliance with company procedures and related standards /li /brliStrong client service skills and the ability to meet required deadlines /li /brliOrganized and accountable approach to work /li /brliUnderstanding of regulatory requirements for companies in Italy (statutory deadlines, filing requirements, etc.) /li /brliProblem-solving approach /li /brliContribute to team success as a team member /li /br /ul /brh3What’s in it for you? /h3 /brul /brli3 days of home working per week /li /brliWelfare policy /li /brliRefer-a-friend policy /li /brliBusiness academy /li /br /ul /brh3We’re looking forward to getting to know you! /h3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
