Head of Market Access – Italy Location: Milan
Summary The Head of Market Access, reporting to the VP, General Manager, will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring Italian patients gain timely and sustainable access to Madrigal’s innovative therapies. This role defines and executes the national market access and pricing strategy, drives engagement with Italian authorities and payers,



and shapes the local access environment in alignment with Madrigal’s global access vision. Working collaboratively with Medical, Regulatory, HEOR, Commercial, and Regional and Global Access colleagues, this leader will help translate science into access, ensuring the value of innovation is recognized across the Italian healthcare system. Acting as an enterprise leader, the incumbent will demonstrate patient focus in every decision, act with an owner mindset, champion innovation, and foster collaboration to drive impact and advance Madrigal’s purpose of leading the fight against MASH.
