Duties and Responsibilities
As Senior Human Resources Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation and continuous development of the Human Resources department, working closely with the Cluster Director of Human Resources – Italy & Ibiza and the General Manager to deliver the property's people strategy.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with Six Senses standards,
company policies and applicable Italian employment legislation.
• Support the development and implementation of the property's Human Resources strategy, including manpower planning, recruitment, payroll and benefits budgeting, training, Host engagement and retention.
• Partner with Department Heads and ExCom to anticipate staffing needs, strengthen workforce planning and ensure the timely recruitment of talent aligned with Six Senses values and service standards.
• Drive recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract, select and retain the right talent, while promoting internal mobility and career development opportunities.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), identifying high-potential Hosts and building a strong internal talent pipeline.
