To support its growth plan, Objectway is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Milan office. This role will contribute strategically to attracting and selecting top talent,
supporting organizational development in a highly innovative and competitive environment characterized by a strong demand for digital skills.
The resource, who will join the People & Organisation team, will be responsible for:
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruiting) for tech, digital, and business roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies
- Activate effective sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, networking)
- Conduct screening, interviews, and structured assessments
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the company’s employer brand
- Support the development and promotion of employer branding initiatives (events, social media, universities)
- Monitor recruiting KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline) and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners in onboarding processes.
