A Senior Document Controller is required for a major construction and engineering project in Milan. This role would suit an experienced document control professional with strong administration skills and proven experience using digital document platforms such as ACC and BIM 360.
The Senior Document Controller will support project teams with document distribution, drawing transmittals, controlled registers, filing systems and site administration.

The Senior Document Controller / Document Controller Role:
- Manage document control processes across digital platforms such as ACC and BIM 360.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents and drawings to project personnel.
- Issue drawing transmittals and submittals to the client.
- Maintain controlled document registers and associated project documentation.
- Develop and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Complete general administration, including typing, printing and data entry.
- Use SAP for data entry,



reports and queries.
- Liaise with site management, design teams and client representatives.
- Maintain up-to-date organisation charts and support project time administration when required.
- Experience as a Senior Document Controller, Document Controller, Project Administrator or similar construction administration role.
- Experience with online digital platforms such as ACC and BIM 360.
- Minimum two years’ relevant experience.
- Strong administration experience with the ability to manage site paperwork.
- PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality and presentation of work.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and communicate effectively with project teams.
- Experience within construction, engineering, data centre or major EPC environments.
- SAP experience would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
