We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to support the resort’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) operations and promote a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.
This role is responsible for supporting daily HSE activities, monitoring safety and environmental practices, assisting with waste management operations, and maintaining HSE records and documentation. The position also supports inspections, risk assessments, training programs, and compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities
Support daily Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) operations across the property.
Assist in ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections across the property and report identified hazards or non-compliance.
Assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
Monitor daily waste management operations and environmental practices across the property.
Support fire & life safety,



emergency response, and business continuity programs.
Assist in monitoring environmental performance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, inspection checklists, and documentation.
Assist with HSE audits, inspections, certification processes, and regulatory requirements.
Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in conducting HSE training, safety awareness programs, and toolbox meetings.
Collaborate with department teams to promote a strong safety and environmental culture.
Report HSE concerns, incidents, hazards, and improvement opportunities to the Head of HSE.
Perform other HSE-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
