YOUR ROLE Inside EMEA Integrated Business Management and Sales Operation main organization, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service Team - Cluster Industrial and Personal Electronics. This role is strategic in our customer experience and operational excellence to ensure consistent and high-quality support across the entire end to end process. The new team member will play key role in delivering an exceptional service level to customers, improving responsiveness, building long-term customer relationships and enabling our sales team to focus on the business growth. Main tasks:
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality to resolve customer issues efficiently.
