The Role & The Team
Reporting to the Built Environment Integration & Delivery Lead,
the Contract & Sourcing Team Leader will provide strategic leadership across facilities management, fleet operations, procurement and contract governance activities within Facilities & Property.
You will lead a team of contract managers responsible for managing nationally significant supplier relationships and service delivery contracts. The portfolio includes facilities services, preventative and reactive maintenance programs, fleet operations, minor works projects and specialist service providers supporting Airservices facilities across Australia.
This role is accountable for developing and executing sourcing strategies, driving supplier performance, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service outcomes.
