Your tasks Lead, develop,
and manage the EMEA Business Development in designated countries Support business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities as well as reach ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the country Responsible for sales funnel development and conversion rates including EBIT contribution and revenue generation Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels Collaborate with marketing and solution design to deliver compelling value propositions Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage Your profile Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systems Experience with project and team cooperations across regions and within a Matrix organisation We offer: Long-term prospects: A secure job in a fast-growing, international company with exciting development opportunities and interesting and varied tasks in a future-oriented
