Job Description
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Italianregion in alignment with company goals and objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Set ambitious revenue targets and establish sales quotas, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth. Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple markets within the German region.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, providing clear direction and support to team members. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance,
providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Market Expansion and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand market presence. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
Leverage market insights to refine product offerings and contribute to the development of new products/services. Sales Operations and Execution: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality customer interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to drive seamless execution of sales initiatives.
