Overview In this role you support customers in adopting and realizing value from Siemens Grid Software solutions. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, project teams, and grid operators to embed digital solutions into daily operations. You’ll map as-is and to-be processes, drive change management, and design adoption plans. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of business processes, technology, and customer outcomes, offering meaningful impact on grid modernization.

Responsabilità
Analyze as-is business processes and design optimized to-be workflows aligned with objectives Conduct gap analyses and support documentation, SOPs,
and transition plans Develop and execute change management strategies to boost adoption and reduce resistance Tailor communications and engagement activities for different stakeholders Create and support customer communication plans ensuring clear messaging Identify learning needs and coordinate role-based training and enablement materials Measure training effectiveness and iterate learning experiences Provide Hypercare support post-deployment as trusted advisor Monitor adoption trends, identify risks, and propose enhancements to processes and solution portfolio Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and account teams to maximize ROI and outcomes
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field ≥3 years in Business Analysis, Customer Success, Adoption, Change Management, or similar, preferably in energy/SaaS deployments Strong understanding of distribution grid operations, grid planning, and IT/OT landscapes Ability to translate complex technical information into practical, customer-focused solutions Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Professional proficiency in English communication facilitation stakeholder management SaaS deployment experience grid operations and IT/OT awareness change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter)
