Overview In this role you drive growth and management of strategic customer accounts in Telecom, Data Center, and Networking. You’ll align with cross-functional teams to shape account strategies and commercial opportunities. You’ll monitor customer demand and ensure timely execution of plans and follow-ups. The position offers remote work with occasional client visits, with Milan as a base or within Italy.

Responsabilità

Support development and growth of strategic customer accounts in Telecom, Data Center and Networking Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Coordinate commercial activities across sales, product management, operations and customer service Understand customer applications,



demand and business needs to position Molex proposals Assist in preparation and execution of account plans and goals aligned with growth objectives Monitor customer opportunities and demand with accurate delivery tracking Track real-time customer activity for timely internal follow-up and execution Support customer reviews, business updates, QBR preparations and regular account management reports

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor in Engineering Several years of experience in sales support, account management, customer operations, or commercial roles in electronics/telecommunications/networking/data center industries Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and other CRM/ERP systems Experience in international/matrixed organizations Fluency in English and Italian; Chinese a plus Experience in sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting Proactive Customer-focused Solution-oriented SAP Salesforce CRM/ERP systems
