Overview In this role you shape and safeguard Glovo's local operations in Italy while enhancing the rider experience during rapid growth. You will own regulatory compliance, union relations, and rider support processes, reporting to the Head of Operations. You’ll build a scalable, compliant delivery network and partner with Global Operations, Legal, and Finance to implement best practices. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how we operate in a complex regulatory environment. You will lead a small team and drive data-driven improvements that boost efficiency and rider satisfaction.

Responsabilità
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 direct reports across rider acquisition, rider experience/support, billing & cash management, union relations, and legal/authorities support
- Define and monitor local processes to ensure strict Italian regulatory compliance
- Manage industrial & union relations and external institutional relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in rider onboarding, support, and automated billing/cash management
- Collaborate with Global Operations, Legal, and Finance to align local ops with global strategies
- Leverage data to streamline workflows, reduce rider operations friction, and scale processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven people leadership of teams (4+ direct reports)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Looker, and process automation
- Strong project and stakeholder management across internal and external partners
- Native/bilingual Italian and English fluency (written and spoken)
