Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Italianregion in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Set ambitious revenue targets and establish sales quotas, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple markets within the German region.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, providing clear direction and support to team members.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Market Expansion and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Leverage market insights to refine product offerings and contribute to the development of new products/services.
Sales Operations and Execution:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality customer interactions.
