Job Title: Front Office

Reports To: Supervisor/Property Manager
Role Purpose:
Welcoming guests warmly, assisting with the check-in and check-out process, and providing friendly and courteous service in meeting all guest needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely and accurate service to guests
- Assisting with the check-in and check-out process
- Handling complaints and fulfilling guest requests
- Facilitating communication between guests and relevant departments within the company, and providing necessary information
- Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the front area and front desk
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience working as a front office/receptionist
- Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A) will be a plus point
- Proficient in English
- Pleasant appearanceFamiliar with using computer
