and manage the EMEA Business Development in designated countriesSupport business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities as well as reach ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the countryResponsible for sales funnel development and conversion rates including EBIT contribution and revenue generationBuild and maintain strong customer relationships at all levelsCollaborate with marketing and solution design to deliver compelling value propositionsEnsure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usageYour profileRelevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industriesTrack record of achieving sales targets and developing new marketsExperience in a multicultural, matrixed business environmentStrong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systemsExperience with project and team cooperations across regions and within a Matrix organisationWe offer:Long-term prospects: A secure job in a fast-growing, international company with exciting development opportunities and interesting and varied tasks in a future-oriented environmentValuable
