The Role
To strengthen our international sales organization, we are looking for a candidate to join our Export Back Office team.
The successful candidate will support the Export Area Managers in the operational and commercial management of international customers, following the entire order process from order entry through delivery and the management of export documentation.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage international customer orders, from order entry and confirmation through to shipment.
• Prepare commercial offers, price lists, pro forma invoices and sales documentation.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with customers, importers and international distributors.
• Coordinate with logistics, planning, production, quality and administration departments.
• Monitor product availability and delivery dates.
• Organize domestic and international shipments in cooperation with the logistics department and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and check the documentation required for EU and non-EU exports.
• Support the management of certificates, customs documentation and specific customer requirements.
• Update customer master data, commercial conditions, price lists and information in the company ERP system.
• Manage any complaints or issues related to orders, deliveries or documentation in cooperation with the relevant internal departments.
