Contract Type: Full-time, Shifts (including weekends if required)

About the RoleAre you fluent in Italian and ready to join a leading global customer experience team in Portugal? Were hiring motivated professionals to work in Customer Support and Content Moderation roles across various international projects and platforms.
You'll provide user support and ensure content compliance, working alongside a diverse,
high-performing team in a dynamic and international environment.
What Youll DoCustomer Support
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Provide accurate product and service information
Content Moderation
- Review and evaluate user-generated content
- Enforce compliance with platform policies
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
- Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety
What Were Looking For
- Italian fluency (C1 or higher)
- English proficiency (minimum B2)
- EU citizenship or valid residence/work xysqume permit in Portugal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work on-site in Porto
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
