As Senior Controller you act as a competent business partner turning complex financial data into clear insights.
Responsibilities:

- Acting as a trusted business partner to management, team leaders, and stakeholders on financial and operational matters
- Analyzing, developing and optimizing management reports, KPI-based steering instruments, controlling tools, and reporting processes
- Performing cost-, profitability- and ad-hoc analyses, translating complex data into meaningful insights and into recommendations for decision-making
- Driving budgeting,
forecasting and mid-term planning processes in close collaboration with business leaders and functional experts
- Analyzing monthly and annual financial results, including contribution margins, profit center performance and key business drivers
- Identifying plan-versus-actual deviations, assessing underlying causes and supporting the definition and tracking of corrective actions
- Evaluating business cases, investments, projects as well as service pricing models regarding profitability, cost efficiency and economic viability
- Continuously improving data quality, reporting transparency and controlling processes to support fact-based decision-making
- Collaborating closely with Project Controlling, Finance, team leaders and the international organization to harmonize processes, KPIs and reporting standards
- Driving the digitalization and automation of reporting and controlling processes and proactively identifying opportunities for greater efficiency
