The mission of the role is to support the Digital & Technology Platform Services (DTPS) team in identifying, designing, and enabling process simplification opportunities through the practical adoption of AI, automation, digital tools, and data-driven ways of working.
The Digital & Technology Platform Expert – Innovation and Simplification will act as a bridge between business users, Process Owners, Digital Platform Leads, and DTPS team. The role will work closely with business functions to understand pain points, map existing processes, identify opportunities for simplification, and propose practical ideas where AI and digital solutions can generate productivity, efficiency,
and “oxygen” for people in the organization.
The position is intended for an early-career expert profile with strong curiosity and understanding of new AI technologies, digital tools, process improvement, and business transformation. The role is expected to contribute to discovery, analysis, ideation, prototyping, adoption, and continuous improvement activities under the guidance of more senior DTPS colleagues.
