In this role you will shape global sourcing for facility services across a multinational footprint, balancing cost, reliability and sustainability. You collaborate with Real Estate, Facility Management, HSE, Finance and Legal to optimize service delivery and supplier performance. You’ll lead multi-country sourcing, drive value through standardization and continuous improvement, and champion innovative FM technologies. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that anchors our facilities capability on a resilient, data-driven foundation. competitive salary and incentives well-being and care paid and unpaid leave flexible work options benefits that support financial security Develop and execute the global category strategy for hard and soft FM categories Lead procurement for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services across multiple countries Analyze spend, demand, markets, costs, risks, and FM/IFM technologies Manage complex multi-country sourcing from market engagement through contracting and implementation Drive cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and total cost of ownership improvements Oversee supplier performance with scorecards, QBRs, and improvement plans Establish commercial models, scopes of work, KPIs, SLAs and continuous-improvement commitments Ensure supplier compliance with HSE,
regulatory, and contractual requirements Promote innovation using AI, IoT, Robotics, CAFM/CMMS, energy management and analytics Present strategies and results to senior stakeholders Apply Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) to align supplier capability with business needs Ensure ongoing HSE, regulatory and quality compliance in supplier relationships Bachelor’s degree in a related field At least 8 years of strategic sourcing or category management experience Proven experience with facility service categories across multiple sites/countries Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services and supplier delivery structures Track record in global category strategy, tendering, contract negotiation and supplier performance management Experience in industrial/manufacturing/energy environments Strong commercial, analytical, project management and stakeholder leadership skills Ability to influence across functions and levels in a matrix environment Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus influencing across functions and countries stakeholder leadership analytical mindset strategic sourcing category management
